Training Programs

Business Analyst, Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) is a 2-3 months course or less that covers the principles and (empirical) process theory underpinning the Scrum framework, and the role of the Business Analyst, Scrum Master and Product owner in it. This course is a combination of instruction and team-based exercises and teaches what is at the heart of the Scrum and Agile movement.

Course Goals

Our goals are to understand and maintain an in-depth and real-world approach to using Scrum. Students will walk away with key information that employers are looking for when recruiting for the role of Business Analyst, Scrum Master or Product Owner. Students will be able to confidently speak to their knowledge of Scrum in an Agile environment. Students will test during the life of this course and will obtain a Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification.
