eMspire Technology Solutions was incorporated in Maryland in 2020 by our President/CEO, Loic Tchamambe. Mr. Tchamambe is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) with extensive Agile experience. Before the inception of Emspire, Mr. Tchamambe worked with numerous large firms including; Deloitte, Alion, and Freddie Mac.
